This backup process is recommended before starting the upgrade process to the new version of the order panel.
Backup process
Find the shortcut for opening the Digital Waybill Order Panel
. Right-click on the icon and click on Open File Location
. This should open up your File Explorer.
In the address bar on top, click on the folder that is directly left of Digital Waybill Order Panel
. This will vary depending on your installation type, but in most cases it will be Roaming
.
This will display a list of folders. One of the folders will be named Digital Waybill Order Panel
. Right-click on that folder and click on Copy
. Then right-click on an empty area in the window and click on Paste
.
This should create a new folder named Digital Waybill Order Panel - Copy
. This folder will serve as a backup in case the main folder is no longer usable.
When the backup is no longer needed, simply delete the Digital Waybill Order Panel - Copy
folder.
Alternate method of opening the folder
Find the shortcut for opening the Digital Waybill Order Panel
. Right-click on the icon and click on Properties
. This should open up the following window:
Click on the Start in:
field and select all the text, as shown above. Right-click on the selected text and click on Copy
. Close this menu.
Open up File Explorer
. Click on the address bar on top. Delete the existing text. Then right-click inside the address bar and click on Paste
.
Then delete the quotation marks "
at the beginning and end of the path that was just pasted. Then also delete the part for Digital Waybill Order Panel
at the end. Then press the ENTER
key on your keyboard.
