You can change which order fields your drivers can see when using the Digital Waybill 2-way mobile apps. You can also allow your drivers to change the value of certain order fields when picking up and delivering orders using the app.
On the Digital Waybill main order panel, go to Settings
and select Software Settings
on the left. The click on the Edit Messages
button on the right.
This will show a popup window. Click on 2-Way
on the top.
This will show the list of fields available to be displayed in the order details on the 2-way mobile apps. Check off the fields you want to be displayed, and uncheck the fields you don't want displayed.
At the bottom of this popup window, there is a section for "Driver Editable". These are the fields that your drivers can edit when delivering an order. If you want your drivers to be able to edit these fields when picking up orders as well, check the option for Editable on Pickup

When you are done configuring the driver 2-way mobile app fields, close the popup window for Dispatch Message Details
, and then make sure you click on the Save
button on the bottom right of the settings window to save your changes.
