The mobile dispatch feature allows viewing and dispatching orders through a mobile app on Android or iPhone. The mobile dispatch apps have most of the order-related functionality from the order panel, such as receiving and entering new orders, dispatching orders, and completing orders.
The mobile dispatch feature is an additional feature that can be added to your billing plan on a per-driver basis. Please contact Digital Waybill support at [email protected]
if you would like to enable mobile dispatching.
Once you have the feature enabled, you can go to Settings
> Additional Users
. There is a section on the right side for Manage Mobile Dispatchers
. Click the Add
button to designate a driver as a mobile dispatcher.
We also recommend enabling the setting for new order notifications for mobile dispatcher drivers if they want to get mobile app notifications for all new incoming orders.

The driver will then need to download and install the 2-way mobile app.
Android users can go to the Google Play Store and search for "Digital Waybill 2-Way Module".
iPhone users can go to the App Store and search for "Digital Waybill Two-Way".
Once a mobile dispatcher driver logs into the 2-way mobile app, they will have access to the dispatching functionality. If the driver is already using the 2-way mobile app, they will need to close the app and reopen it to see the dispatching functionality.
