The 2-Way feature is required in order to see your drivers on the driver map. If this feature is not enabled, drivers will not appear on the driver map.
The driver map can be opened from the Quick Launch section on the bottom left corner of your order panel.
This will open up a Google Map that will load centered on the address set in your Courier Information
under Settings
. This popup window can be resized to your preferred size. Drivers that have the mobile app open will appear as red circles with the driver number inside the circle. You can zoom out to see the approximate location of all your drivers, and zoom in on specific drivers to see their exact location.
