Recurring orders are orders that have been set up to automatically get placed on certain dates based on the scheduled settings. This can save you and your customers time by automating the repetitive process of entering in the same order each time it needs to be placed.
Creating a new recurring order
Recurring orders are created from an existing order that will be used as a template. First, select the order you want to memorize as a recurring order.
Click on the price on the bottom right corner.
This will open a popup for editing the price. Click on the button for
Memorize
at the bottom.This will open a popup where you can set the schedule of when the recurring order will automatically be placed. Click
Save
to save this new recurring order.
Viewing and editing recurring orders
Go to
Settings
at the top of the order panel. Click onRecurring Orders
on the left.On this screen, there are multiple buttons for different actions:

- Configure the exact time the recurring orders should automatically be placed relative to their scheduled date. These settings apply to all recurring orders, and not just the selected one.Place Now
- Instantly creates and places a duplicate of the selected recurring order. This action does not affect the existing schedule, and the recurring order will still be placed automatically as configured.Edit Schedule
- Configure the schedule for when the selected recurring order will automatically be placed.Remove
- Deletes the selected recurring order.
