Route orders

Route orders are only available on the Ultimate Plan. Please reach out to Digital Waybill support if you want to upgrade your plan.

Route orders can be created by following these steps:

In the Digital Waybill Order Panel, click on the "New Order Entry" button near the bottom left corner.

This will open up a new window for "Order Entry". In the order entry window, look at the top left corner for the label that says "Charge to". Click that label and it will open up a menu with an option for "Route for". Select this option.

The form below then changes to route entry mode. On the left, there is a list of route stops. The right side shows the information for the selected route stop. First, you have to select the company to bill to for the route stop. This is directly under the "Route for" label you just changed.

You start off with no route stops so the selected option on the left is for a new route stop. Fill out the right side with the info for the first route stop.

This will update the route list on the left to include the new stop. Once you are done adding the first stop, click on "Add New Stop" again on the left list, and repeat as many times as needed until all your route stops are entered in.

Once you are done entering in all the route stops, fill in the rest of the order information below for the package and service types. Then click the button on the bottom right corner for "Place Order" to place the order.
