What This Covers
This article explains the waybill customization options that control what gets printed on waybills for orders. Waybills can be printed automatically when an order is placed, or anytime from the Order Panel by selecting an order and clicking Print.
Where to Configure Waybills
On the main order panel, open the Settings window at the top.
Open the Software Settings tab on the left.
Locate the Choose Waybill Style section to configure the options below.
Number of Copies
Labels or Customized templates: Keep Number of copies = 1.
Other templates: Multiple copies will print on the same page, up to 3 per page.
Choose a Waybill Template
Use the Template dropdown to pick a layout. Below are the options you may see:
Default – Standard horizontal template with pickup and delivery company/address, date, service type, reference number, and other standard order details.
Default with Price – Same as Default, plus the total cost of the order.
Default Barcode – Same as Default, with a barcode for the order at the top.
DefaultBarcodePrice – Combines price and barcode on the default layout.
Default Perforated – Moves the customer number to the left so the right side can be torn off as a smaller standalone label.
DefaultNew – A cleaner look that removes many dividing lines between cells.
DefaultLabel – The vertical label style; contains generally the same information as Default Barcode.
DefaultLabelLogo – Same as DefaultLabel, plus your company logo.
Customized – Select this if you have a custom waybill design that we created for your account.

Route Sheet Customization (For Route Orders)
Choose Standard, Detailed, or Extra Detailed route sheet designs.

Tips
For labels or custom templates, keep copies at 1 to avoid formatting issues.
