This setting can be enabled from the Settings menu under Advanced.

Dispatcher sorting is a feature that allows for the dispatcher to drag and drop to sort orders in a custom order. They can also right click on a list of orders and select optimize by pickup or delivery addresses.

The option to "split pickup and delivery for sorting" splits pickup and delivery info for each order into two separate lines in the order list to allow for greater manually sorting of the orders.
