Switching from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online

Order Panel Freezing in Software Settings
If your order panel freezes when trying to open the Software Settings tab in the Settings menu:
Force Close Both Programs
Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
End the tasks for both the Order Panel and QuickBooks.
Reopen QuickBooks First
Launch QuickBooks before opening the order panel.
Check QuickBooks Connection
In the Software Settings tab, confirm that “Default” appears beneath the QuickBooks-related buttons.
