Overview of Plans
We offer two primary subscription plans for our application: Ultimate and Unlimited. Both provide:
Unlimited Orders, Customers, Drivers, and Pricing Setups — No limits on the size of your operations.
Unlimited Support — Access to our expert team whenever you need help.
Scalability — Add Mobile Dispatcher Licenses and Additional User Licenses as your business grows.

Features Included in Both Plans
The following seven features are available with both the Ultimate and Unlimited plans:
Auto-Backup – Automatically backs up all client data to our servers once per day, allowing recovery if needed.
Email POD (Proof of Delivery) – Sends customizable completion emails with full order details to clients.
GPS Tracking – Provides real-time driver location tracking and optional customer order tracking via Quick Entry.
Google Directions – Calculates distances using Google Maps and displays chosen routes for each order.
Live QuickBooks Integration – Links to QuickBooks Desktop or Online to send customer, driver, invoice, and bill data directly.
Mobile App – Allows drivers to view and manage their dispatched orders from a connected mobile application.
Recurring Orders – Schedules repeat orders automatically based on a customizable schedule (e.g., weekly pickups).
Ultimate Plan Exclusive Features
The Ultimate plan includes all seven of the features above, plus these four exclusive tools:
2-Way Dispatching – Enables drivers to update order details in real time (status, counts, weights, reference numbers).
File Attachments – Lets drivers or staff take and attach photos to orders for pickup/delivery proof; can be included in Email PODs.
Route Optimization – Uses Google Maps to optimize pickup/delivery sequences for efficiency.
Routes – Creates special “Route” orders that store multiple stops as one linked order.
Paid Add-On Features
These features can be added to either plan for an additional fee:
API Access – Use our RESTful API to integrate ordering and tracking with other software or websites.

EDI Import – Import spreadsheets containing multiple orders at once, with column mapping for automatic order creation.
Mobile Dispatcher Licenses – Give drivers access to view and dispatch orders for all drivers via the 2-way app.
Remote Licenses – Add remote user accounts for full panel access (minus invoicing and settings) on additional computers.

Choosing the Right Plan
Ultimate Plan: Best for businesses needing advanced dispatching, route management, and photo/file documentation.
Unlimited Plan: Ideal for businesses that need robust order, tracking, and automation features without advanced dispatching extras.
