Navigating to the E-mail POD Settings
Click on the Settings tab on the top bar of the main order panel
In the Settings window, click on the Software Settings tab on the left
Within the Software Settings tab, find and select the Edit Messages option.
The Dispatch Message Details window will appear, displaying various customizable options for your E-Dispatch, 2-Way, and E-mail PODs
Click on the E-mail POD button to customize the information included in POD Emails
Enabling Image and Status Options
Locate the option labeled Images in the Details box
Check the box next to Images to include the pickup and delivery images in the POD Emails
Note that this option is only available for non-route orders when sent from the Main Order Panel
Locate the options for sending information about the timing of the order, namely
Deliver Time
Pickup Time
Confirm Time
Status
Check the boxes next to the specific status times you wish to enable
Status will include the timing of the current status of the order
For instance, if the order has been picked up but not delivered, the pickup time will be included in the POD
In the Advanced tab of Settings, the box Show Detailed Statuses can be checked to cause Status to include all of the timing information for the order
Other E-mail POD information can also be enabled/disabled here. There are options for choosing what parts of the Pickup company and address information, Delivery company and address information, Charged company, and various order Details will be included in the Email PODs.
Confirming Your Changes
Once you've enabled and configured your preferred settings:
Review the settings you've adjusted for accuracy
Click Close at the bottom of the window to exit
Ensure you click Save to exit Settings and confirm all changes
Now your system will automatically include images and configured status times in your Email PODs for orders, enhancing clarity and professionalism in your customer communications.
